Railings
INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR RAILINGS AND GATES

Working with Designers and home owners, Classic Metal Studio fabricates
metal work railings gates and architectural elements that truly define the
living and work space. Here is a small sample of the many unique projects
from the past few years. A railing can define any home or work place.
Design by John Koncar
KELLY'S ISLAND
Glass dolphins accent this railing that
overlooks Lake Erie. Finished in verde gris
patina.
SULGRAVE
This contemporary design in nickel
painted finish with an oak cap replaced a
dated traditional railing.
FAIRHILL
back yard of this Shaker Heights home.
MEADOW HILL
This versatile design using 1/2 inch round horizontal bars and a 1 1/2 round top rail is shown in
both an indoor and outdoor application. This contemporary  design is very open and works well
when an unobstructed view is needed.
TUSCANY
Heavy forged scroll work and leaves in a dark
natural finish for a Mediterranean feel
BLOSSOM HILL
Straight pickets with double posts with scrolls create an understated charm on this deck
railing. An open area between the top rail and pickets ad interest.
SILKWOOD
This dark natural railing with hammered
pickets and scroll work replaced the existing
dated wood staircase railing
WOODSIDE
Belly pickets were added to this second floor
deck to add dimension for added interest
NORTH PARK
This stair case railing is in the center of this home's open floor plan. By
incorporating glass along with the decorative artistic metal panels a light airy look
was maintained
VINEYARD
Painted grapes and leaves
TRAYMORE
Based on a traditional wood design. Metal is lighter and "opens" the porch.
